The DnD editor, for instance, is not supported, and may be completely broken with the theme. There may be parts of gamemaker that are not covered by this theme. However, games in GameMaker generally have rooms that follow a certain order, and at the very least must have a specific start room (after the game starts in this room. If this still doesn't work, shoot me (TonyStr) a DM over email, twitter or anywhere else. When using the Asset Browser, you can create your rooms and move them between the different folder groups to organise the project in a way that best suits you. The reason this is not listed as the main theme path is that it depends on where your gamemaker installation lies (steam? program files? desktop?), and because it will be cleared with each GMS2 update, meaning you have to manually re-install it every time you update.
GAMEMAKER STUDIO 2 ROOM EDITOR INSTALL
If the install location, C:\ProgramData\GameMakerStudio2\Skins\Dracula does not work, you can try an alternative path: \GameMaker Studio 2 Desktop\GUI\Skins\Dracula. Installed the theme, but still doesn't show up in settings This section has all the general GML functions and variables related to rooms and for. You must have at least one room in any game for it to run, but you may need many more depending on the type of game and how you structure your project.

If you're feeling adventurous, install some other monospaced fonts from the internet, and try them out! I recommend trying "Roboto Mono", "Fira Mono", "PT Mono" and "Droid Sans Mono". Rooms are created in the Room Editor in GameMaker and are where everything happens in your game.
GAMEMAKER STUDIO 2 ROOM EDITOR CODE
This can be solved by going to "File > Preferences > Text Editors > Code Editor > Colours > Default", and selecting a monospaced font from the dropdown menu next to "Font Name". If you don't have the font, "Inconsolata" installed on your machine, gamemaker will default to some font that is not monospaced (characters have different widths, resulting in lines not aligning with eachother properly). All instructions can be found at /gamemaker-studio.
